To secure Phase 1 pricing, buyers will need to complete the following:

1. Complete their Buyer Profile to activate access to the live price list
2. Reserve their land lot on the sales platform
3. Sign the Sale and Leaseback Agreements
4. Complete payment in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

Phase pricing is available for a limited period only and is subject to:

1. The Developer achieving the construction milestone applicable to the relevant phase and all other approvals necessary for the development to proceed;
2. The Purchaser complying fully with all the conditions contained in the Sale and Leaseback Agreements without the Developer having to issue a breach notice. Should the Developer issue a breach notice, and in addition to any other remedies available to the Developer under the signed agreements, any value added to the lot as a result of phase pricing may at the Developer’s discretion be billed by the Developer and will be payable by the Purchaser on presentation of an invoice.

In the unlikely event that a land lot is double booked, the buyer that paid their reservation deposit first (recorded by digital timestamp) will secure the lot. The second buyer shall be refunded should they not find a suitable replacement lot.

Celesta comprises 80-year land leaseholds with income derived from a proportional share of pooled resort revenue. Purchasers do not acquire ownership of any villa, unit or freehold interest, and do not acquire the right to occupy, furnish or let any villa.

All income and return figures are projections based on the operator’s financial model and are not guaranteed. The only committed element is the contractual minimum income floor set out in the Leaseback Agreement.
